Trick-or-Trot Run/Walk

The City of Greenfield Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Halloween themed Run/Walk on the trails of Konkel Park. Choose from our fun run Monster Mile or Tombstone Two.
All runners will be timed and top 3 finishers in each age group will get a prize. Walkers will have the chance to participate in our “I Spy A Pumpkin” contest for a chance to win a basket full of Fall goodies. In the one mile fun run, there will be trick-or-treating along the route. A quick stop for a treat at our trick-or-treat stations will give you a breather and satisfy your sweet tooth.
Come dressed in your favorite Halloween Costume and run or walk next to your fellow ghosts and goblins. All participants dressed in a Halloween Costume can enter our costume contest for a chance to win a prize! Sure to please all-casual walkers, serious runners, and those looking for a fun Halloween event for the family.
Schedule of Events:
- 8:30-11:30 AM: Registration and Check-In
- 10:30 AM: Tombstone Two (2 mile)
- 11:30 AM: Youth and Adult Costume Contest
- 12:00 PM: Monster Mile Fun Run (1 Mile)
Registration Required:
Monster Mile (#411900-MM):
- Before August 30th: $10
- August 31st-September 20th: $15
- After September 20th: $20
Tombstone Two (#411900-TT):
- Before August 30th: $15
- August 31st-September 20th: $20
- After September 20th: $25
All proceeds benefit the Greenfield Parks and Recreation “Round Up” for Youth Recreation-providing opportunities for families less fortunate to participate in Greenfield recreational programs at a reduced cost.
Come for the run and stay for the fun! FREE Fall Family Fest with lots of fun activities, food, and beverages following the Run/Walk.
