Earth Week at the Urban Ecology Center

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 04/30/2022
We welcome spring with exciting news! Earth Week (April 23-30) is back this year with week-long volunteer opportunities to be outdoors and help with litter pick-up, invasive species removal, garden summer prep, and more. Bring your friends and family to help clean up the waterways and the parks!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

To kick off our Earth Week of Service, we are partnering with Milwaukee Riverkeeper for the Spring River Clean-up on Saturday, April 23rd.

Throughout the week you can volunteer at Riverside Park, Washington Park, and Menomonee Valley. Find out how here!

Helpers of all ages and backgrounds are encouraged to sign-up for this week-long event. Work with us to restore the native habitats that we use as teaching spaces for the community.
